At CoffeeAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet coffee and tea experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

  • 2.
    Package the Product

    Securely pack the unused portion of your coffee or tea in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Return

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our roasting facility using your preferred carrier.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit to your account.
